Annual General Meeting
December 9th 2025

On 8 November 2025 at Caerwedros Hall, members and residents heard a report from the Secretary, Gareth Ioan, on 4 Llan’s finances and all present board members were re-elected. Facilitator, Teresa Walters, gave a report on 4 Llan’s projects throughout 2025 and its plans for future projects.
The 31 people present then formed small groups to discuss additional community assets, challenges and opportunities for projects that they would like to lead on, develop or support.
Residents were especially keen to see a local pub developed as a community hub, possibly creating jobs and providing a farm shop. Combatting isolation, accessing local footpaths with organised walks, creating allotments and better signage were also discussed. Some groups were keen to see other forms of renewable energy, including hydro, explored. The importance of Welsh place names, and the stories that those names tell, was of interest so several people and Teresa encouraged them to get involved in 4 Llan’s photography competition: the Naws am Lle / Sense of Place competition spotlights place names as well as the images of our best loved local places.
